Beauty by Mino | Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Beauty by Mino for your makeup artistry needs. We are dedicated to providing a positive and professional experience for all our clients. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations:

  • Clients must notify Beauty by Mino of their desire to cancel an appointment at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to its scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations received within forty-eight (48) hours of the appointment start time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Beauty by Mino reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund.

No-Shows:

  • Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of the cancellation notification. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • This policy applies to all services offered by Beauty by Mino.
